I went down to Key West yesterday to visit one of my customers and, this time, I actually made the time to stop "here and there" to take some random pics. I'm new to the world of DSLR's, but I keep reading that practice is what makes you better, so I'm practicing during every opportunity I get!
Here are some pics of an Osprey I caught in flight as I was standing on the dock behind a hotel in Islamorada. I didn't even realize there was a nest until it actually landed. It was really, really windy, so I was surprised at how clear the shots came out (at least from my perspective). I know it can't be the shooter's experience
, so I assume the IS in the lens was working overtime!
Enjoy the pics!
