Would this alienbees package be good for my needs?

Just wondering if this alienbees package would conform to my needs

i would be using it for car+model work. so a model in front of a car, during sunset, or night...

do you guys think it would be suitable for that use? its on a digital rebel XT

I started this thread the other day which included that package.

As you can see, the overwhelming opinion was to upgrade to the AB800 lights if you can afford it.

yeah just read your thread... 800's seem like the thing to do. since im going to be outside on location...

another question, i couldnt find on the AB website if these have to be plugged in or they come with a power source?

I like the Norman stuff with built in pocketwizard communications - costs a little more today but you'll save in the long run when you want to go wireless ;)

or
wireless lights->power?

now as onother option. you think a ringflash would be sufficiant for my needs?
