Is this the left-handed method of stringing? Ok shot. I'd have gone for a bit more dof to try to have all 3 pegs in focus, or just one as a focal point.

Well, it probably belongs in some other forum since it isn't Performing Arts ... perhaps Macro. I'd consider extending the dynamic range a tad ... I did a test but you don't have Image Editing OK enabled so I can't show you. And you might want to read the FAQ sticky.

Im so sorry if its in the wrong place......
as for the strings im not entirely sure.....its a friends guitar...i just enjoy taking pics of it.....
and i have now changed my profile so that ithas enabled image editing....
Im still fairly new to photography.....still have an awful lot to learn...
thanks for the comments.......

no,the strings are correct. These are the three bass strings and are correctly wound on 'inside to out' on the machine heads. In foreground and out of focus are the treble strings. Interesting shot....good imagination.

cool shot, as for the strings, Im not sure if everyone is refering to the "ball" portion being on the headstock, that method is used for guitar with floyd rose tremolo systems, instead of cutting those "balls" off you just string it backwards, and It is an Ibanez guitar, white, its probably a Jem, or maybe an RG series...just my thoughts
