Found this on a Japanese website. Someone painted their 300D black. I guess he should've waited for the new Black 300D. Regrets now?

Pretty brave to take his 300D apart like that. I hope it's still functional... ;) :D

That's pretty impressive, the only bit he got wrong was the Canon script on the pentaprisim.

Wow, that looks pretty good! I think I woud just save up a few hundred bucks and sell the Rebel and get a 10D, though. Or if the 300D is going to come in black, obviously that would be great. I wish they came in black now, because I would have gotten that instead of the standard silver.

My Blue Baby...I wanted to play too. Obviously, a weak Photoshop effort. Canon should make them available in all the iPod Mini colors ;) :D

5D and holy trinity of primes. Now the 90mm TS-E TS-E fly bit me. I hate these forums.

When I point my 300D at somebody, he sees a big black 17-40mm L lens, a big black 550EX flash, a big black flash bracket, and a dangling black off-shoe coil cord. He rarely notices that the camera is chrome.

My new motto: If it doesn't have Kodachrome on the inside, it's immaterial that it has a coat of chrome on the outside.

This is a man with a lot of spare time on his hands… wow. I wonder if the camera still functions properly.
