Ixus 65 movie question

I was suprised to notice in the shop when I tested the movie function of the Ixus 65 that with filming the lightning setting is not locked ( like my previous powershots) with recording.
But I wasn't able to really film, because there was no memory-card in it

I like to know if it is true that the lighting is not locked, it should be great!


does anyone know?
