I am fairly new to this so go easy on me. I have a question about the Delta Grip and using a monopod.
What I would like to do is mount my 20D onto the Delta Grip and then take that whole assembly (Delta Grip and Camera) and mount it to a monopod, for stability while shooting macro photos. I have the Manfrotto 486rc2 head and the 680B monopod. Does anyone have ideas on how this could be done. With the thickness of the Delta Girp's bottom plate and the thickness of the mount for the ball head, the screw is not long enough to make it though the Grip and the mounting plate for the ball head.I could attach it with a longer screw. I just don't know if there is an attachement that is made or if i could get a longer screw for the ball head mounting plate. Please help.

Thanks
Chris
