After waking at the ridiculous time of 5:30am on a Sunday, i made the 230+ mile trip to the windswept place otherwise known as Snetterton near Norwich...

After 2 days of typical early British Spring weather (aka colder than an Eskimo's nipple) the gods smiled upon us, delivering harsh sunshine and a nice North-Easterly breeze, which means T-shirts and shorts for us Northern types and full Ski attire for the Shandy drinking Southern Jessies.

Anyway, enough of this rubbish, on with the show.

I arrived to be greeted by the nasal whining of the 125cc bikes...

Nice work mate, looked positively tropical.

I might do some more bike stuff this year myself.

I couldn't really miss that shot as the bikes always lift the front when putting the power down there. The "Head down" just gave that shot something different :)

Its a shame Shakey got the boot from Rizla Susuki.

I hadn't realised he'd got the elbow. Imagine my confusion when a Stobart Honda appeared with #67 on it.... You'll be needing a new jacket now Kev :p

Avoid the BSB race days unless you're in the mood to punish yourself. It makes the BTCC look quiet..There must have been 5 bikes to every car at Snet yesterday and that's just for a test in March !

Great shots GSH, the panning shot is my fav, I was at Snetterton the weekend before, CAMPING and boy was it cold, we had snow, high FREEZING blustery winds, hail and no sun, a 4hr drive there and a 5 and half hr drive back, but it was all worth it, it was a bike meeting. :D

I wouldn't fancy camping there in Summer never mind in March. Are you a bit mad? :D
