Thought I'd share this with you, and tell me if the logic behind it makes sense to you, because it did to me for some reason. I sold my SD700 to a friend for only $100 with a 2gb ultra II in it (I'm a nice guy, I know.) I had a choice to get either another lens (135 f/2.8 or maybe at a stretch the sigma 50-150) or to upgrade my "P&S" world. I went with a SD800 instead. Now I never use telephoto. I shoot portraits, street stuff, candids, and landscapes. I find my current line up more than enough in terms of both lowlight ability and focal range. I figured when I don't bring out the big guns, I might as well have the biggest gun in the P&S world (G series don't count). So did I make the right move you think?
