It is only fair that I write this thread, as a few weeks ago I started a thread which caused a few raised "voices" in the replies.

I had a slight miss communication with Ian, which I will say was very unfortunate. I had to leave a message here to try and see where I was going wrong.
It got a bit heated, which was the last of my intentions.

Anyway the upshot is that I had an excellent service from Ian (Kerso), and I received my lense on Saturday.

I would recommend Ian's services to anyone in the UK who wants to save a few ££, and have a fantastic and quick service.
Many thanks to Ian, and I will be purchasing from him again in future.
All friends now!! :D ;)

Thanks Ben, I appreciate your feedback. I was over the top with e-mails and did miss your request for bank details. My wife Jill was in a bad accident just before your purchase and I did lose a lot of time dealing with everything. Glad to say Jill is fine now. We just celebrated her 40th at the house with a big party. Guess what! I got her a 400D kit so now I will be able to understand what you guys are all talking about . I certainly know what the popular lenses to invest in are. Thanks again. Thanks Neil for your input too.
Regards Ian.
