Manual 98% of the time. I want to learn as much about exposure and how both shutter and aperture affect it.

I like Av because when I think about taking a photo the first thing I think about is the depth I want it to have. I'm not very confident with shutter speeds yet either so Av for me. I muck around with Tv and M for night stuff though.

I use Av because I don't like the thought of wasting all that expensive metering. I find that it's quicker than manual, so long as you unsderstand the situations which fool it.

Mainly Av, but all my shots with flash are M, so I suppose it's in the region of 70/30.

Av mostly. M if using flash, or the camera can't figure out exposure. P with retained program shift sometimes. Tv never.
ISTR there is a poll like this around... My answer sounds very familiar ;)

Oh, I'm a "P" girl because I get a little lazy when I am rushing around. When I am shooting events, weddings, etc., I have to go manual most of the time. But I like P. It the lazy way to go, but I think my Canon computer can figure it out for me most of the time.

I'm an Av kind of guy. I use M with flash, and with tricky (changing) lighting conditions. But probably 60% of the timie I am on Av. The remaining 40% is M. Most shots are landscapes.

What's the one with the pretty mountain?

J/k. By favorite, are you asking which one I enjoy using the most or which one I actually use the most? I use M the most but I enjoy Av more - because it means I'm shooting outdoors with rapidly changing conditions.
