Unidentified Bug, Any Clue???

I spotted this bug this past weekend. One of the first warm days we had here in the Eastern US. I couldn't find a whole lot around to take pictures of, but i did find this little creature. This thing was TINY. I'm surprised I even saw it.
Anyway need some help on the identification of this little guy.
Oh, and critique the photo too, please. Just go easy I'm new to this macro stuff.
Any tips would be helpful.

I think it might be Entomobrya multifasciata
