Lots of nice little touches, like turning on the lamp at the bottom of the stairs. I can see how this took so much time. Very nice job.

What is HDR and what is Tone Mapping? I use Elements, I guess these features are in other software; but I'd like to know. AMAZING PP work - had me fooled!

I use Photomatix for my tone mapping. What I do is shoot my photos in RAW format, open them in Photoshop and then save them as 16-bit .Tiff files. I then open them in Photomatix and use the 'Tone Mapping' function to give them that 'HDR' look. I then take them back into Photoshop for more editing, color tweaking, airbrushing, etc. :)


5D Mark II, Elan 7Ne, Nikon N4004, Mamiya RB67 Pro S
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8, Canon EF 17-35mm f/2.8L USM, Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L USM

All I can say is wow. The original to the PP final is amazing. I really need to invest more time in learning good PP.
