Hi rcpilot_971,

I have shot about eight go karting meets and have found the hardest aspect to convey is the speed of the karts. Your second shot conveys the speed well, you have captured the rear wheel of the ground which adds an even greater sense of speed, great shot. Number 3 also conveys speed but looks a little blurred.
Over all I like them.

Nice shots.
If you can, get lower.
It'll change the whole perspective.

Nice shots! I especially like the 2nd shot with the sharpness in the main image and the motion blur of the background!

You might want to consider entering that image into one of the online photo contests. I've done the same with two similar images and have been published with both, one taken with a film body and one with my current digital body.

Carnage shot in # 4 is neat too - I hope nobody got hurt!

Thanks Tim

I shoot from over the fence but at one point they're coming up a slight rise which gives a nice low angle.

Great shots! Really funny to see all those Arrow karts piled up. The Birel and CRG guys were probably laughing their behinds off at that one...

this is where my gear list would go if I had one...
