I had a loan 1D from CPS once, and that camer's files had 'CPS' set as owners name, and it *did* show up in iView (don't know about PSCS2, don't have any 'straight out of the camera files' anymore: Added/changed IPTC in iView). Both are readable in Irfanview. ISTR that sometime between the release of the D60 and 20D (sorry I can't place it any closer off the top of my head, but that's between release dates of the 1D example FW 1.3.0 and 1D II example FW 1.2.4) the JPEG spec was changed at least slightly. This may have broken some things. Jon

And that includes setting Owner Name. Jon
