When shooting RAW, CS2 allows you to adjust temperature during post processing. However, in JPEG, I can't seem to find a way to adjust the temperature in general? Do I have to individually control the RGB levels? Seems like a pain ...

That was one of the benfits of shooting RAW. You could also try color balance in CS2.

So basically w/ out RAW you are SOL? I remember some older version of Photoshop allowing this ... maybe I'm just getting old. Oh well, I'm just being lazy anyways, color balance works just fine for me. Thanks!

You could also try curves. Select the grey eyedropper (middle) and click on something nuetral in the image.

Photoshop CS3 lets you open JPGs in camera raw and adjust the white ballance. For JPGs I often use photo filter adjustment layers. Levels works too.

Try this: Image, Adjustments, Variations, but you need to be in 8 bit image mode to do it.

It is quick-n-dirty, might help you there.

Rene, I think the link is now out of date as the website appears to have been re-designed. I've gone to the website, but can't see anything directly relating to Photoshop or Eddie Tapp there.

Eddie Tapp's own website (softwarecinema) seems to want you to pay for everything...

Huh? Just tried it. It's there...
Click "Adobe Photoshop CS and CS2", and you get a list of authors.
