Hey guys, I am not huge on searching for bugs, but i got one. Noisy pic, taken in bad conditions. 100-400L at 100mm with a 36mm Kenko tube on it.

He flew away shortly after this.

Thanx lordv for the confirmation, a friend at work called it a stinkbug, and i laughed... but i guess he was right, sorta.

I really wish i could have a few as pets... they are cooler looking than my guppies.

What do they eat, and will they live in captivity?

Fraid I don't know that much about them but guess most of them feed on plant sap so they need a living plant of the preferred type (they are often named after what they like) and would guess upto a 6 month life-span.

Who said red and green doesn't go together needs to speak to Mother Nature. Great shot of an amazing creature.
