The lighting was provided by a Coke machine!
The grain in the picture is normal.

interesting use of lighting. :-) what do you mean grain is normal? you mean you had a high iso? good picture. nice job with the eyes. imo I like to see the pupils not as large so you can see the color of a persons eyes.

Grain was added in photoshop to look like film....
The pupil was very dilated because of low light. I was at 1600, f4, 1/10
