Hey all,
I went and did a photo shoot at the park with my favorite gal. I know the 2nd one is a little OOF, but I thought the capture was nice. Tell me what you think.

She is very pretty, and has very nice hair. I like to see the eyes but they are fuzzy in the shots. Also too much hair in the way. Perhaps if the camera was moved more to the viewers left to catch more eye. Also, her hands are too prominent.

I really like the first one...It is very sweet...I think I might like the second one a little more if it had a tighter crop...

Yeah, her hair got in the way of many of the shots. Looks good on some, others, I'd like to see the eyes as well.

What did you do to the first pic (if any) to soften and create a glow? Thanks

I ran an action in Photoshop CS2. I found it here (external link). Click on downloads and then I think its called Dave's Ethereal Glow. It basically creates a copy of your picture layer then adds the "cloud" or "glow" effect. I had to turn down the transparency (eraser) of it in some areas around the face because the effect was too strong.
