POTN store slow?

I ordered the shutter release cord for my XTI a week ago. I was just wondering why it seems that it is so slow to ship? The status hadn't changed from ordered till around tues or wens when I sent an email. I got no response, but it showed the order changed to processing, but that's what it still says! Does that mean it's being shipped, or that they are still sitting on my order? They already have my money, I just was wondering how long I should expect this to take....

I would suggest sending pcasciola a PM about it.

Most orders are shipped in 24-48 hours except for vests which need to have the patch sewn own at the tailor. The new store software we are using is not tied into our shipping software yet which is why the status is not being updated. I was doing them manually for a while but it was very tedious. Email shipping confirmation are sent out for every order, but those could end up in the bulk mail folder since it's from ales@procameragear.com.

PM me your paypal payment information (transaction id) and I will look into it.

EDIT: I just looked up your order and it was actually just 4 days ago, not a week. It's in the mail and you should have it in 3-4 days.

I'm not going to argue, but I did order a week ago. This is from the my account area in the store:

But as long as it is shipped that's all I need to know. Thank you for the quick response. And thank you for letting me know about the shipping not being up to date on the system.

Sorry, you're right. I only had your first name, Lee, and I see a different Lee ordered a strap on the 27th, but your order was for a remote.
