Took a short trip to Wilshire to visit Stonehenge but could not see it for the fog, thick and soupy so went on the Avebury instead. Thes are a few of the pics taken.

However, you got some great shots from Avebury, especially the first one. A touch more contrast would probably give these a bit more snap, but some great compositions there.

Have to agree on the first one - great shot. Stonehenge is a bit of a tourist trap these days, everyone walking around in a big circle around the stones. (many) Years ago you could climb on them!
