I figured I'd start a thread with some samples of what I've done with it.

These are only downsized, with PSP if you want to know, cropped, except the first one, and tilted at most a tiny bit. Notice the highlights in number 1 - drop-dead gorgeous IMO. OK, all with standard settings on the 350D, jpeg only. These little experiments, with just about 300 clicks on the ticker, sold me on digital and dslr for good. Easy, zero parallax error and a stitch that takes seconds. Sure you can get similar shots with a normal lens, but it's much, MUCH easier using the shift method with a TS-E. jacobsen1 THREAD STARTER Cream of the Crop 9,629 posts Likes: 26 Joined Jan 2006 Location: Mt View, RI More info | when you shift, if gives you different images from the same perspective (if you rotate the camera the perspective changes even if it's in "the same place"). That gives you 2 or 3 shots that will line up almost perfectly (as in layers will work, but photomerge makes them perfect) when you go to make your pano. You won't need to do any warping of the images to get your pano, JUST lining them up. My Gear List
