It does have pretty decent bass, but it's an output transformerless amplifier - those are all power supply - the left one feeds the filaments, the middle one provides power to the output tubes and the right one powers the driver stage.

This lens is ridiculously sharp. I've been doing a little project and been using the 17-40L which I haven't exactly been happy with. I shot one earlier today with this and was amazed on how sharpneverything came out. There was so much more detail that the 17-40. Made me want to get the wide tilt shift.

After using my 24 and 90, my 17-40 just looks horrible in comparison. The fringing never used to bother me that much, but now it makes me cringe. I still love the lens, just not as much as my tilt shifts :)

If it's in focus, it's pornography, if it's out of focus, it's art.

I've gotta say - why even post the pic if there's a watermark directly over the only area in focus?

It did occur to me. Reason given below. Any other CC?

PP has been minimal, using only Lightroom so far. Typical manipulation has been minor cropping, tweaking saturation, and making some adjustments on curves to increase contrast or decrease in the case of greenhouse. These are proofs I've submitted to the client (hence the obtrusive watermark, sry). I will clean up/make more fine adjustments per client request.

Please CC as you see fit. Any comments or suggestions would be valuable advice. Thanks!

Is your client really going to steal a 1024? Sorry, no CC on this one - you effectively used selective focus to move my eyes where you want them, but then you bash them with a watermater, giving me a headache (no - literally). Kinda hard to get around that, but best of luck with the client.

Great shot. Love the telephoto compression and lighting in that one.

First attempt with this one. I'll use it mostly for landscape stuff obviously but wanted to try it out out of the box :p
