Soon to be wife and I are planning a roadtrip and looking for advice on places to see. Our route will be from San Francisco to about Oceanside, OR all along US 101. So, anyone have any interesting sights we should see/shoot, let me know. Thanks!

Unfortunatly that is to far south of where we are starting, but definatly a place to see! :)

I guess I will also mention after reaching Oceanside, OR, we will be cutting over to Portland, visit some family, then up to Mt. St. Helens for some shooting of the volcano and Spirit Lake, then up through Seattle to a small town just a few miles south of the Canadian border to see more family. Might even vernture into Canada if we dare...:p :) The trip back we will take Interstate 5 pretty much the entire way back, hoping to take some shots of Mt. Shasta. I am sure there will be plenty of pics to post.

We're taking our smaller, more fuel efficient car. I'd need the SUV if I were to take that route. :)
