SuperMoto - first outing with my 300mm

Posted on other sites but my first outing with my 300mm f2.8. Shot manually at 1/250, f8, ISO 100, Pattern Metering.

Nice shot.
You can almost hear the valve buckets wearing through the hardening it's so sharp.

:D

You need to get him to do some laps with clear goggles...

It's my 20D that I've got to use at the moment. I've sold my 1DMk2 and am waiting for the Mk3.

More than happy with the quality of my 20D and the 300mm!

Excellent shot! Very sharp image. Did you pre-focus to get that or use continuous focus?

Marc, I use Autofocus, tried pre focus but never had much success, just keep them in the centre spot and keep pressing my thumb!!!!!
