Versions of Olympus WCON-08?

Hi all,

I'm considering an eBay offer for a wide angle converter Olympus WCON-08 to go with a G6 and 58mm Lensmate (with step-up ring 55/58mm).

There are different WCON-08 versions, and this one has no additional letter such as "B". Is "no letter" inferior or optically equivalent to "B"? Would this WCON-08 at all fit the G6?
