These are just vacation shots ,but I thought I'd post them here for any suggestions. Thanks.

#2 is a nice sunset, but the horizon is tilted up at the right.

In #1, having the subjects facing away from the camera is strange. Was there any reason to use such a large aperture that the background is noticeably out of focus? Take a few minutes to read up on Hyperfocal distance and learn how to get the largest range into focus all at once.

Thanks Bob,now that I look closer I see the tilt on the horizon. On the bike shot ,they pulled out in front of us and I was attracted by the prim and proper gal sitting sideways on the bike. Took it quick without really checking my settings. Thanks for the advice.
