Powershot A60 problem

Hi,

My Powershot A60 has suddenly developed a focus/image problem.

Images appear completely blurred/streaked, both on the LCD and resulting uploads, so I imagine this is occurring in the CCD etc…

Is this a known problem? Worth repairing or discarding?

Take a look at the sticky on Sticky: Service Notice for Canon PowerShot modelsat the top of this forum and see if it looks like your problem. ISTR the A60 was one of those affected.
