I recently got into photography and have a question about a flash I have.
I have Digital Rebel XT and 380EX flash. When I try to use the flash it will not fire very bright. It has new batteries and the camera batteries are also charged. Any ideas what it could be?

Check your XT first to see if it has negative flash compensation dialed in.
