I went to a Jousting Competition at the Royal Armouries yesterday, before the main event there was a bit of a Falconry display, it was over before you could blink so didn't have time to get in closer so both shots taken at 400mm and cropped; please forgive the quality. Any chance of an ID; it might seem like a silly question to the regulars in this section but I'm not a bird man so I have no idea what it is. Forgive my ignorance.

It's a beautiful bird, but I can't identify it.

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p
