So today while cleaning out my closet:

IMAGE NOT FOUND

Don't even ask how all of that crap fit in my 2ft x 5ft closet...

I came upon this interesting, however completely useless toy:

So naturally I decided to rip it apart and see what was inside. I ended up with this:
IMAGE NOT FOUND
HTTP response: NOT FOUND | MIME changed to 'image/png'

So of course I whipped out the camera for some test shots. Although it casts a nasty blue tint, I think I could get some half-way decent results from this small made-in-china Novelty. :D

I figured I would share my discovery with you all while I procrastinate finishing organizing my closet. :D

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

Say, mount that thing on a small piece of plywood, then bolt the plywood to your camera...maybe a bit of foil for reflectiveness, et voila! :)

I bet you could compensate the blue color with a custom white balance.

haha, you're very observant. Covert ops is the oldest school RainbowSix. Best video game ever made.

And yes, I'm quite proud of my Bonds, I'm also loving the newest edition. Casino Royale just came out.

edit: oh, and I happened to find another of these things in my brothers closet. So now I have two useless thingys to play with.
