Canon has just released updated versions of Digital Photo Professional, ZoomBrowser, EOS Utility, RAW codec for Windows Vista, and Picture Style files in the new .pf2 format.
To get the first four installers, go to http://www.usa.canon.com …ller?act=DownloadIndexAct
and select an EOS Digital SLR; for instance, EOS-1D Mark II N. Then click on "Drivers/Software" and a pop-up window will load with the requisite links.
Canon's Picture Style files [In the new, unified .pf2 format] can be downloaded here: http://web.canon.jp …turestyle/file/index.html![]()
I've briefly played around with the new DPP, and it is much, much better in terms of usability. It adds a few new features, moves others to their right place, and leaves me happier overall.
EOS Utility is drastically different. More gloss and Vista-like.
Now go and get them!
