I've outgrown my Slingshot 200.

I'm not planning on doing any serious hiking with my gear. It will go with me to sporting and family events. Aside from day trips into the city where I'll take one body/1-2 lenses, I'll probably have my full set of gear with me most times give or take the 100-400.

Based on the equipment below does anyone have suggestions? I am open to anything from a Pelican case on wheels to a shoulder bag, etc.

Nikon D3, D300, 10.5 Fisheye, 35 f/1.4, 50 f/1.4, 85 f/1.4, Zeiss 100 f/2, 105 f/2.5, 200 f/4 Micro, 200 f/2, 300 f/2.8, 14-24, 24-70, 70-200, SB-800x4, SB-900, SU-800, (3) Sunpak 120J (2) Profoto Acute 2400s,Chimera softboxes, (4)PW Multimax, (6) C-stands, (3) Bogen Superbooms, Autopoles

Domke F1 or F2 might work. With the inserts that come with the bag you would probably not be able to store either camera with a lens mounted. If you go to a 2x1 insert you could have a lens mounted to one camera. You might have to stack the 10-22, 17-55, and/or 85 sometimes.

You didn't say what your full set of gear looks like, but your profile has 2 cameras (one 1D series) 5 lenses (2 of which are 8" long). No mention of tripod. I have a similar array (but more lenses including 400 f5.6) and carry everything in the Think Tank Airport Addicted.

the 70-200 and 100-400 can fit in end wise (vertically) as the bag is 8" deep in the lower 1/3 and comes with a laptop case too. The extra ddepth is needed for the 1DII as it is much taller than the average DSLR body. It has a very decent, but not SOTA shoulder and waist harness, good enogh for a long hike.
You might get by wit the smaller Airport Acceleration

You didn't say whether airline carryon legal is an issue?
There are many, many other bags depending if you want wheels, laptop space, etc. but you have narrowed it down to the larger bags.
