Canon S60 is not recognised by Windows Vista Home 32 Bit

Dear All
I am facing a serious problem. I own a Canon S60 camera.

I have bought a new laptop with Windows vista Home Premium 32 Bit. I have dowloaded new Zoom Browser for S60 that is told to be compatible with S60. But unfortunately it does not detect the camera when is connected to laptop.

Can anybody please help.

Maybe you can set Zoombrowser to run in XP Compatibility Mode. I'm sorry, but I don't have ZB installed to check for you, but if you open the properties window for the executable file - NOT the shortcut, you should see a Compatibility tab where it will let you tell the program to start in XP mode. Hope that does it for you.

Does your computer recognize other USB devices?
