I ordered my 5D, 35L, and 24-105L from BH this morning at around 830 AM. UPS is on time with a scheduled delivery of TOMORROW. No tax either? Sounds like a deal to me.:D

Just giving BH some love.

Highest property taxes... highest car insurance... but at least our gear arrives quick!

Have fun with the new toys!

Unfortunately I have to pay sales tax from BH but the best part about dealing with them is that I pay for standard UPS 3-5 day shipping and it gets from NYC to Long Island in a day, every time.

B&H via Ground to me = 2 days. No tax, no insane property taxes or insurance. But boring as hell rural. :D

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

I've always said if anyone who lived in NY wanted to get away with sales tax, they could ship it to me, and I'd ship it to them for just the cost of the shipping fees. It'd be longer yes, but thats a **** load of money saved.

If they start, I'll ship all this stuff back, and buy it again with the rebates. :D

Pretty close to France as well ;)
I think the one he's on about is pronounced 'joysey' (or 'New Joysey') :-)

I thought this was about the Jersey in the Channel Islands as well  - 7dayshop.co.uk has good prices though...

I'd gladly accept shipments from B&H for people as well. I live on the NY PA border, and have all of my things shipped to my brother. He saved me like $250 when I bought my 5D last year.
