This guy made my day, but it took 11 hours to find out. I wasn't sure that I got a decent shot of him, but even with stuff in front I'm happy. I'm even happier because I didn't have to touch a thing when developing - this is straight from Capture 1. For a black bird like this that's not easy.

Luck is cool.

Congratulations... great shot.

These guys are tough to capture. If the black feathers weren't hard enough, the little buggers like to half hide all the time.

We've got a lot of them at this refuge, and many like to perch on top of the cat tails and sing.
