Where is the best place to host pictures and print pictures from? Like what do you think of Costco? if not, then what others r good?

Its been covered a lot.

Costco is great and even has ICC profiles you can download to use for the exact printer at the store.

MPIX is another great company

for hosting flikr, smugmug, pbase are all popular choices. Building your own website is really easy though and theres free gallery software like simpleviewer that will display the photos
