going to san diego zoo today need some tips

hey guys im off to the san diego zoo today and if anyone has some tips, I still have some time left here at the hotel room before I go, if you have any last minute tips let me know, im really looking forward to this. maybe I'll come back tomorrow if I think I didn't get a lot done today...fire away

the lens I have are the kit lens for my wide shots since I'm broke at the moment lol and my sigma 70-200 2.8

I have a canon 75-300 but, I don't think its gonna get that much action today..know knows

ok, i'm off to the shower, lol...

The 70-200 & kit lenses should be fine (with the 70-200 getting 80% of the use). Enjoy your day, its a fantastic zoo. The first time we had our kids there, they were most impressed by the outdoor escalators, something they had never seen before.....go figure :D

lol sugarzebra hehehe, well i'm here celebrating my first born on his/her way. he won't be able to remember this trip but I'll show the pictures to him later on hehe

Use the 300mm you will wish to have a long and a medium length lens for shure, welcome to San Diego !!

Bringing this post back to life, LOL. Can't wait to go. I'm taking the Canon 100-400mm, I can't wait to see the photographs that I get. It will be my first real shootout with my Canon XSi and my first time using "L" glass! Beautiful shots. I like #1 the best.
