Question - Canon 300 2.8 tupperware lens cover ?

I remember reading about homemade lens covers for the large Canon Tele's made from tupperware. Does anyone have the details for the 300 f2.8 or 400 f2.8 homemade tupperware covers?

Thanks ;)

Well, it the opening of the hood could be covered by a tupperware or other similarly trademarked name-brand plastic container lid. Measure it up and go to your local wal-mart!
