Color accent on canon A710

hi am using a canon A710......they claim to say tat it has color accent feature but i dont see that anywhere on my camera.....is there any kinda way i can locate that.....please help.......also when i click snaps.......on program mode or anyother mode besides auto mode........am gettin blur pics ....as soon as the subject moves.......the image blurs.....am sure its somthing to do with the shutter speed......what do i do to get it rightt????

May I recommend to read the manual ... my son has an A710IS and is very happy with it.

Color accent is fun. I play it all the time, considering there's nothing else to do. It should be under SCN then scroll till you find it. well, thats on the S3. but still read the manual on how to use it.
