I wish!!! ;)

No, but I am involved, and non disclosure agreements means I can't say much more than that!

It would be nice if Lightroom had your face as the splash screen, as it would be a nice start to the editing session ;)

I tend to use Metadata more so then any other search function
So the abilty to drag a picture into a metadata field and imediatly change the metadata of the pic and also have it moved to the folder that the metadata is associated with would be great.

I wish LR would tell you more about what it's doin!

Sometimes it slows to a crawl and you can hear the HD chuntering away... is it busy updating those keywords you've just been fiddling with, is it rendering previews? what iis it doing? ... at least a progress bar - please!:)

Posted part of this in the Adobe forums allready, but anyway: Disable the QWERTY part of the keyboard when entering values in the Develop module. Let only the numeric keypad work for the boxes, so I can toggle clipping warning on and off using 'J', hit '\' to compare before/after, use the function keys, or dim the screen ('L'). Now I get way too much 'Invalid Numeric Entry' messages...

While you're at it, make it so that if I clicked a box to enter a value by hand, the box *stays* clicked (highlighted) when I switch to a different program for a sec (Cmd-Tab) or when selecting the next image. If ACR (PSCS2) can do that, why not LR?

Great idea, I usually don't enter numbers manually but when I do, the above would definitely be of help.

*Slightly more adavanced/selective capabilities with clone/heal - wish it wasnt just a circle, should be able to select areas or different shapes.

Agree. I was thinking of an option to change the spot into a much more controllable brush so the area to be modified can be selectively painted instead of modified using the whole circle. It would make it much easier to use this feature for cloning or healing things that are larger and more complex than the dust spots or blemishes the tool was primarily designed for.
