After three weeks of tryouts my daughter found out she made the Jacksonville Jaguar Cheerleading squad the Roar. I guess those 15 years of dance lessons paid off. This is a photo I took when she had to go down to the stadium. I used my XT and my Canon 85mm 1.8. The sun was pretty bright.

Thanks! Not sure when they get their uniforms. They have a meeting Tuesday to get their schedule. I guess we'll have to buy season tickets now.

nice, congrats to her. I think instead of season tickets it's time to get some credentials so you could be down on the field with her. :-) those cheerleaders get one of the best places to watch the game from. lucky her.

bannedPermanent ban

Not to be rude or anything, but don't NFL cheerleaders get paid about $100 a game that is more of a resume thing than a high paid position? Or maybe that is NBA cheerleaders.

I never said anyhting about a high paying postion. We are just proud of her making it. A lot of the women are teachers and lawyers and other profesional women who do this just for kicks and to stay in shape. It's not a bad thing to have on your resume.

Pictures are a bit overexposed, particularly your daughters face.
