Mammoth Mountains - Lightroom Edit

Since I got Lightroom I decided to edit some photos from a snowboarding vacation.

I like the way this one came out.

Overall I like the scene but on my calibrated Cinema display the snow is a tad too bright and not too sure about the darkening in the upper edges, was that intended.

Thanks for the comments.

I am also using a calibrated monitor.

The vignetting was on purpose. I actually liked the look of lenses when they have the darkening in the edges and that was added in post using lightroom using the vignetting correction tool.

The white on the snow was correct in light room. I made sure it wasn't clipping (using the clipping feature) , but i realized after converting to sRGB and compression for web there was a loss of detail.

I took the web JPG back into Lightroom and checked for clipping.

The web version shows a lot more clipping than my RAW version. Ill have to take that into account when processing.
