Whoa--super shots! In that setting, mine would have all been overexposed!

Great photos. I have great memories of catching sailfish off of Puerto Vallarta but I don't have the pictures.

yes its actually quite a challege to get the fish and water and boat and people ect all in decent exposure. with different cloud conditions and the lighting changing rapidly as the fish jumps into different lighting, im generally changing my shutter speed more than shooting.

Thanks, it was great, we ended up with 6 that afternoon. Didnt really expect it to be that great and ran out of bait. They were everywhere, probably the best day of the season so far. we could have hooked up to them till sundown if we had stayed out, but we didnt want to be too greedy, it was a great day of fishing. At one point we had more fish than anglers, two of my friends had sails on, i was shooting them then had to wind in a wahoo, and the second the mate got the gaf in him i had to go get on another rod with another sail on it, all with my camera around my shoulder. it was unreal good :D.

We go down to Baja every fall, we do not see many sails, but lots of Tuna and Wahoo :)

Wahoo is the best tasting fish in the ocean right behind White Sea Bass and Albacore
