I have a Sony F717 that we still use around the house. We have a pretty interesting looking dog which is a Chow Shar-pei mix so we use it for him. Still does a good job.

I owned Nikon F, Canon Elan II and Canon A2 and when I had some $$ I thought I would buy a little Kodak DX7590 to se "what all of this digital craze is about".

Needless to say, I was (still am) thrilled!!!

I have the little Kodak - but its only used when I go somewhere that I don't mind (too much at least) of getting it fracked up or lost. So I only use it now when I go caving or some other risky event.

I owned a Powershot SD400 before getting my Rebel XT and always carried it with me as a backup, just in case (although I have not used it at all since going DSLR).
Now that I have the 40D as well, however, it will probably sit at home, as the XT will be used as my secondary body.
