I have a samsung NV10 right now... I've owned both a G9 and a LX2, but sold the LX2 when the LX3 was announced... Right now I'm still on the fence between the G10 and LX3 and will be getting one in the next month or so (after the dust settles with my bank account and the 5Dii).

Powershot A620 (which i think is now dead due to dust inside the lens). Can shove it in a jacket pocket instead of lugging around full DSLR gear. Also has underwater housing which does me until i can afford £1200 needed to get the same for my 450D.

Yes, I have a little Fuji. It's more convenient for putting in an underwater house.

Still got one. I have a Kodak c340 that I got back in '05 long before I was thinking about purchasing a DSLR. It puts out decent shots and is 5 MP so there isn't the MP overkill on the small sensor problem.

I have a Canon sd550 that I keep on hand for whenever I don't feel like lugging my DSLR. It takes nice pics, IMO, as long as the subject is close.

Looking back through this thread, I'll chime in with a few others about the G2. Great little camera, good controls and functions, takes great photos, uses the same batteries and memory as the 30D.

We also have a "beater" Oly Fe-210 that I won in a contest. We keep it in the car or wifey's purse, depending on what's up, just to be sure we always have a camera with us.

We're not counting things like the QL-17 GIII, right..?

I have an Ixus 500 somewhere in a drawer. It was a prize in a photo comp. It's still shrink wrapped, I would ebay it but they aren't worth the postage.

I have a G6 which is great but not realy a pocket camera.
I use a Minolta G600 as a carry camera. Great exposures excellent lens with never any CA fringing.

G9. I really can't stand to use it, so I gave it to my wife. She thinks it's great, but she's never used a DSLR. Unfortunately, I have.

IQ's not bad, but it's terrible in low light and very, very slow.
