I've stopped using Photoshop for any post processing pretty much.
I realize lightroom lacks a lot what photoshop does, but I've found I have a high level of creativity with lightroom, and can do quite a bit. Photoshop was always pretty complex to me, and took a lot of time to use, even to just process raws.
I've found most of my photos don't need anything that photoshop does (I don't make plastic skin, don't clone a lot of stuff, etc etc.) The only thing I wish lightroom had was a good sharpening feature (I hear the SDK will be released though and this should hapen?)

1.1 is coming and will help with things like sharpening.

Its the majority of what I use, but theres some things you still need to do in PS. It does however save countless hours

Definitley. I never did that crazy or advanced PP, when it comes to creativity in the post processing process, I never was able to do anything super crazy.
Any ETA for 1.1? I can't wait :D.

I rarely use PS anymore either... I still have some neat plugin filters I'll use from time to time, and if image needs sharpening beyond what LR can do... can't wait for 1.1... but at same time am willing to if it gives them time to make some notable improvements.

Yup. If they can fix the glitches and preformance issues, and add new features, I'm all for it.

No.
I use LR, but I still use PS for the stuff LR doesn't do. That still means that many images only need LR, and the rest go on to PS.

I have Elements 5.0, but found it one awkward tool.

Haven't even opened PS since I downloaded LR on Feb 2/07. Might some time if I get bored with LR.

Using mostly LR although still use PSE for Save for Web... one feature I wish LR had.. yes you can export to fixed pixel size but not fixed file size!

I use Lightroom to do everything except sharpening and noise reduction.-85%
I use Elements 5 for USM, and a few other effects.-14.5%
And use noiseware for noise reduction.-.5%

This percentage will soon change when the Lightroom trial ends:(

I have LR, but it is limited on what it can do. It's fine for quick processing, but lacks the ability to do any localized tonal adjustments, masking, decent sharpening routines, and a host of other features that I use for fine art printing. I also don't care for the file structure. Since it's a database, files have to be imported and I tend to utilize specific directories for specific file types (i.e. prints, master files, web images, etc). Moving files outside of LR causes problems. I'm continuing to work with it, because I feel it has some potential, but I'll have to rethink the way I have been doing file structure for the last 3 years.

I had the same problem at first because of using a browser based application (Bridge) but am starting to get my head around the database feature. The best thing you can do is only use LR to move your files around and soon your old methods will make way for the new ones. It does take some time though. One thing that I had trouble with is that I had many copies of the same file like you but with different extensions (DNG for master, TIFF or PSD for Prints, JPEG for web) but the same filname. LR has a little bug regarding the extensions but I found that if I use a filname suffix (like _web or _print) then my troubles slowly went away. Now with the ability to have virtual copies and print directly from a RAW file I don't run into this as much.

High ISO shots get Noise Ninja, resize & sharpen after export from Lightroom.

Low ISO shots get resized with Lightroom on export, then a USM script with Paint Shop Pro (different USM settings depending on if the output is print or web).

Lightroom will be nearly complete when it will sharpen with selectable USM settings after resing but before adding the copyright statement.
