Need help getting service (irvine center)

I need to send my XTs in for regular service. Can anyone tell me where the FAQ to do this is?

I need the address, forms, etc. I dont know how to do this... is there somewhere that explains how? mAybe a link, site, or phone center?

I haven't the slightest idea, but I am curious about "regular service" - I didn't know that that was required.

Just give them a call so they can get your info into the computer. Alternatively you can go to this website and enter the info so you can track your status
