I'm working on a project and would like to start with a fresh version of LR. right now i have about 30 folders in the library. is there a way to remove them all besides doing it one by one?

I can delete 1 by 1 in lr, i would think they would have a feature where you can just erase in bulk. Did you try File > New (not sure if there is one but I know you can use multiple libraries). In fact many people set LR to ask what library they want to use when opening LR (Edit > Preferences).
