Have you checked the status of your rebate? You can do so here. "click to check rebate (external link)". Not that it will help all that much. Last sprint I qualified for four rebates. One came without prodding; two needed a lot of work to get them to send it. I actually had to talk to someone and suggest that we three party in B&H and ask B&H why they are selling gray market cameras. The offer was declined and the rebate check eventually came. The fourth however is gone. It’s coming up to a year and it changes state every once in a while but I am writing it off, it was only for $15.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

I think they're talking about the rumored next round of Canon rebates that was supposed to have started on April 1.

Nice purchase. All you need now is an EF-S 10-22 and you are set for just about anything. That 70-200 2.8 IS is fantastic, but look out, it's heavy. Unless you NEED the 2.8 I would have opted for the f/4 IS. With the money you saved you could have picked up a 10-22.

Canon EOS M50 - EOS M
EF-m 15-45mm IS STM - EF-m 18-55mm IS STM - EF-m 22mm f/2 STM
EF-s 55-250mm IS STM - EF 50mm f/1.8 STM - Speedlite 430EX II

Be careful going through your junk mail. I got an email saying that my rebate had been accepted, then I got a postcard that said my rebate didn't fall into the rebate time frame. I called the number on the card and they corrected the error. I got my check about 2 weeks later.

If I hadn't accidentaly found that card I'm sure I would have never seen the rebate. Then they could say they told me they weren't sending it.
