I really appreciate it. Anke wrote in post #3057113 Hmmm have you done much PP? It either looks like you ahve substituted the background or oversharpened. Those edges don't seem to look right? The sun was sideways behind the Puffin so the beak is lit up from behind. I really like the effect you get but it can be a difficult shot to make since it is so easy to underexpose the face it self. I know it is a little dark but I got the effect I wanted. Since the sun is sideways behind it you also get sharp outlines. jorj7 wrote in post #3057150 Beautiful Portrait Sindri. You must have been pretty close. Yes, I was very close. In some locations you can get amazingly close to the Puffins. This shot...about 4 meters. Best regards
